Choosing your options

What each choice actually changes

Plain-language guidance, not sales copy. If a cheaper option is the right one for your job, we'll say so.

Screen print vs. digital

Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh — one screen per colour. The screen costs money to make but nothing to reuse, so it gets cheaper the more you print. Digital has no setup but a higher per-piece cost. Rule of thumb: under 200 bags, go digital; over 500, go screen. In between, we'll price both and tell you.

Kraft vs. cotton

A kraft paper bag is packaging — it carries the gift home and gets recycled. A cotton or canvas tote is a product: your customer keeps it, uses it, and carries your logo around Karachi for two years. Kraft costs about a third as much. Which one you want depends on whether you're wrapping a gift or buying advertising.

GSM matters on canvas

Canvas is sold by weight. 8oz is thin and slouchy — fine for a light giveaway. 12oz holds its shape, stands up on its own, and feels like something worth keeping. If the tote is meant to signal quality, don't cheap out on the GSM; it's the first thing a customer's hand notices.

Questions we get about this product

What's the MOQ for tote bags?

100 pieces per design. At 100, a screen-printed kraft paper gift bag starts around Rs. 95/pc and a cotton tote around Rs. 295/pc. Both drop steeply with volume — see the calculator above.

Can you print photos on a tote bag?

Yes, with digital printing. Screen printing can't do photographic gradients — it works in flat solid colours. If your design is a photo or a complex illustration, digital is the only route. It costs more per bag but there's no screen setup.

Do you make kraft gift bags with rope handles?

Yes — this is one of our steadiest lines for gifting brands. Kraft board in brown or white, twisted-paper or cotton-rope handles, printed one or both sides. It's the standard bag a customer walks out of a gifting store holding.

How thick is your canvas?

We stock 8oz and 12oz canvas. 8oz is lighter and cheaper; 12oz is the one that feels substantial and holds its shape when empty. For a tote you want people to actually keep and reuse, go 12oz.

Can you do jute bags?

Yes. Jute reads premium and eco at the same time, which is why corporate clients like it for conference bags. It's our most expensive bag material and works best with simple, bold screen-printed artwork — fine detail doesn't sit well on the coarse weave.
