What each choice actually changes

Plain-language guidance, not sales copy. If a cheaper option is the right one for your job, we'll say so.

Plastic vs. metal

Different jobs entirely. Plastic pads out a conference bag — cheap, cheerful, disposable, and nobody minds when it's lost. A laser-engraved metal pen is what you hand a client across a table; it costs 4–5× more and it doesn't get thrown away. Decide which conversation the pen is part of.

Pad print vs. laser engraving

Pad printing lays ink onto the barrel — full colour, cheap, but it can wear off a plastic pen over months of pocket use. Laser engraving burns your logo into metal permanently; it appears as the metal's own colour, not ink. Engraving is the reason executive pens still look right in year three.

Build the whole kit

A pen alone is a giveaway. A pen, a matching notebook and a printed box is a welcome kit — and it's the same job for us. Most corporate clients here order all three together, which means one lead time and one delivery instead of chasing three suppliers.

Questions we get about this product

What's the minimum order for branded pens?

250 pieces. Pens are set-up-heavy relative to their unit cost, so below 250 the setup swamps the price. At 250 a pad-printed plastic pen lands around Rs. 38/pc; at 5,000 it drops to roughly Rs. 22/pc.

Can you engrave metal pens with our logo?

Yes — laser engraved, permanent, and it won't rub off. Engraving works best with a clean, single-weight logo. Very fine detail or thin gradients don't survive the engrave; we'll tell you if yours needs simplifying and show you the mockup first.

Do you supply full corporate welcome kits?

Yes, and this is a good chunk of our corporate work. A typical kit is a laser-engraved pen, a soft-touch notebook and a printed rigid box, all branded, all packed and ready to hand over. One quote, one lead time, one delivery.

How many colours can you print on a pen?

Pad printing handles up to 2 spot colours cleanly on most barrels. For full-colour artwork we use a wrap process — but that only works on plastic pens, not metal. Metal is engraving only.

What's the cheapest branded pen you do?

A single-colour pad-printed plastic ballpoint, ordered in volume, is the floor — around Rs. 22/pc at 5,000 units. Below that, quality drops to the point we'd rather not put our press on it.
