Reprint on us
If the print is off-colour, off-register or off-spec against the approved mockup, we run it again at our cost. That's the whole guarantee.

What's the minimum order?
Depends on the product. Mugs from 24 pcs. Notebooks and tote bags from 100. Stickers, boxes and pens from 250. We keep them low on purpose — a new gifting brand shouldn't have to gamble on 5,000 units to find out if a design sells. Below MOQ we'll still run it as a sample batch, the per-piece rate is just higher.
How long does production take?
7–12 working days after you approve the mockup, for most products. Stickers and label runs go out in 3–5 days. Rush production is available — see the rush orders page — at a 25–40% surcharge, delivering in 3–5 days.
Do you charge for the mockup?
No. Free, every time, with two rounds of revisions included. If you have no artwork at all, our designers will create it from your brief — still free. You only pay once you've seen it and approved it.
I don't have a print-ready file. Is that a problem?
Not at all — most of our clients don't. Send a phone photo, a Pinterest screenshot, a logo off your Instagram, or just a written description. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PSD, PNG, JPG. If the file isn't press-ready we'll fix it at no charge and tell you what we changed.
Will your branding be on my product?
Never, unless you ask. Everything we make is white-label by default. Your customers see your brand and only your brand. A large share of our clients are resellers — that's exactly the point.
Do you deliver outside Karachi?
Yes. Nationwide via TCS, Leopards and M&P — typically 2–3 working days to Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad. We also ship to the UAE for brands serving the Gulf; air freight is quoted per order. Karachi clients often just collect from the shop.
What are your payment terms?
50% advance to begin production, balance before dispatch. Once you've completed three orders we can move you to 30-day credit terms. We take bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and cash at the shop.
What happens if the print comes out wrong?
If it doesn't match the mockup you approved — wrong colour, off-register, wrong material, wrong size — we reprint the whole run at our cost. No arguing, no restocking fee. We send you a photo of the first piece off the line specifically so this gets caught before we run 5,000 of them.

What makes a printing partner worth keeping
In this market, the difference between printers isn't the machine — it's whether the job lands on the day they said it would. A planner run that arrives in February is worthless. A batch of Eid favours that shows up after Eid is a write-off. We build every schedule backwards from the date you need stock in hand, we tell you early if a deadline is at risk, and we send a photo of the first piece off the press so a colour problem gets caught at unit one instead of unit five thousand.
Bulk printing rates in Pakistan
Per-unit price in custom printing is driven by four things: material, size, finishing, and quantity. Quantity is the big one — the setup cost of a print run (plates, dies, machine make-ready) is the same whether you print 100 or 1,000, so the per-piece rate drops steeply as volume climbs. Our calculator on each product page shows exactly where those breakpoints fall so you can decide whether it's worth stretching to the next tier. We ship nationwide to Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan in 2–3 working days, and export to gifting brands in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi serving the Gulf market.
