Privacy Policy

Imprint Packages ("we", "us") operates imprintpackages.com. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you submit a quote form or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number, email if you give one, and whatever you tell us about the job. If you upload artwork, we receive that file. That's it. We do not run advertising trackers that build a profile of you across other websites.

What we do with it

We use it to quote your job, produce your order and deliver it. We contact you about that order. We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with anyone else, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking to be on one.

Your artwork

Your designs remain yours. We do not resell them, reuse them for another client, or add them to a template library. We keep your files so that reorders don't require you to resend everything — if you'd rather we deleted them after your order ships, ask and we will.

Showing your work

We sometimes photograph finished jobs for our website and Instagram. We ask permission before we publish anything that identifies your brand. If you'd prefer we never show your work, tell us at any point and we'll remove it.

Analytics

We use standard website analytics to understand which pages people visit. This is aggregated and does not identify you individually. You can block it with any standard browser setting or extension.
