Terms of service

These are the terms we work under. They're written plainly because a term you can't understand isn't a term you agreed to.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the spec you gave us. If the spec changes, the price changes — and we tell you before we proceed, not on the invoice. We do not revise a quote upward mid-job. If we underpriced something, that's our error to absorb.

Mockups and approval

Every order gets a free digital mockup with two rounds of revisions. Nothing goes to press until you approve it in writing (a WhatsApp "approved" is fine and is what most clients send). Once you approve, the approved mockup is the specification. It is what we produce against and what any dispute is measured against.

Payment

50% advance to begin production, balance before dispatch. Bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash or cash at the shop. Wholesale accounts may move to 30-day terms after three completed orders. Production does not begin before the advance clears — this is not negotiable and it protects both of us.

Lead times

Quoted lead times run from mockup approval, not from your first message, and count working days. Delays caused by slow approval or late artwork move the delivery date accordingly. If we're going to miss a date, we tell you as soon as we know — not after it passes.

The reprint guarantee

If the delivered goods do not match the mockup you approved — wrong colour, off-register, wrong material, wrong size, wrong quantity — we reprint the run at our cost. Report it within 7 days of delivery with photos.

What this does not cover: a design you approved and later changed your mind about; colour variation you accepted by declining a physical proof; or damage caused by the courier after we handed it over (we'll help you claim, but the claim is against them).

Colour

Printed colour will never match a backlit screen exactly — that's physics, not carelessness. If exact colour is critical, ask for a physical proof before the run and sign off on that. If you decline a proof, you're accepting normal print variance.

Artwork and rights

You confirm you have the right to print what you send us. We won't print artwork that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, and we reserve the right to decline a job on that basis. Your artwork remains yours; see our privacy policy.

Cancellation

Cancel before production starts and your advance is refunded in full. Once material is cut or printed, the advance covers work already done and is not refundable — by that point the cost is real and already spent.
